I’m a big believer in momentum. Most decisions are easy to reverse, so I’d much rather make many small ones quickly and course-correct as we go than lose two weeks debating a single choice in a room. But speed isn’t an excuse to cut corners on craft: building software that’s beautiful and delightful to use is always worth the extra day of polish. I work best in high-trust, transparent environments where context is shared openly, no single person acts as a bottleneck, and everyone leaves discussions aligned on who owns what.
